Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist attorneys with technical matters related to patent prosecution, litigation, and opinion work. Responsibilities will also include conducting freedom-to-operate analyses and prior art searches to assess patent validity. Qualifications: • Ph.D. in Chemistry , Biochemistry , or a closely related field • Excellent academic credentials • Strong analytical , research , writing , and communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail , time management , and organizational abilities Since 1953, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP has focused exclusively on representing clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, both domestically and internationally. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package , a collegial work environment , and challenging , engaging work . Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience plus benefits .
