Candidates should have experience with patent drafting and prosecution. A Ph.D. degree in Physics, Optics, or related discipline is required. Successful candidates will have outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials in technical and legal areas. At our firm, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, highly-respected IP practice. You will build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, advocate on behalf of clients at the leading edge of science and technology, and work in a collaborative team environment. The actual offered rate will be based on job-related factors, including but not limited to qualifications and experience. This range represents HBSR s reasonable estimate of starting salary at the time of posting. This position is also eligible for an hours-based bonus. HBSR does not offer visa sponsorship.
