Salary Range: $160k - $180k Responsibilities Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies Collaboration with clients and other professionals Conducting case discussions with clients Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree and/or Master of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed patent attorney/patent agent at a U.S. law firm or in-house in the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunication, digital/analog signal processing, artificial intelligence, software, and/or circuit design, etc. Registration to practice before the USPTO Strong technical writing and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin and extensive knowledge of Taiwan business culture strongly preferred.
