Candidates should have experience with patent drafting and prosecution. A master s degree or relevant technical experience in industry is preferred. Successful candidates will have outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials in relevant technical and legal areas. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with admission to the USPTO and at least one state bar is required. At our firm, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, highly respected IP practice. You will build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, advocate on behalf of clients at the leading edge of science and technology, and work in a collaborative team environment. The actual offer will be based on job-related factors, including but not limited to qualifications and experience. This range represents HBSR s reasonable estimate of starting salary at the time of posting. This position is also eligible for an hours-based bonus. HBSR does not offer visa sponsorship.
